1 - Email us with your phone colour choices, date of event and any additional extras
2 - We will then mail the equipment to you at least 3 days prior to your event or local pick up can be organised from Norwood
3 - Phone arrives 3 days before and is to be returned 3 days after, in case grandma forgot to leave a message she can do so before the event or a few days after!
4 - Set up and use - turn on (battery powered no electricity cords or points needed) and follow the prompts
5 - Return the equipment within the 3 days
6 - We will send you your audio files within 14 days

1. Introduction
By booking our Audio Guest Book services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1 To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $150 is required.
2.2 The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
3. Service Details
3.1 We will provide audio recording equipment and services for your event.
3.2 The recording process will be conducted by our team to capture messages from guests.
3.3 The final audio files will be delivered within 14 days after the event.
4. Responsibilities
4.1 Samantha Ruby Artistry will ensure proper setup and recording during the event.
4.2 The client is responsible for providing accurate event details and cooperation during recording.
5. Damages Clause
5.1 In the event of damages to the equipment, the client (you) agree to cover the costs.
5.2 Samantha Ruby Artistry will assess the repair or replacement costs and oncharge the costs to you.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Samantha Ruby Artistry retains ownership of all audio recordings.
6.2 Clients may use the audio recordings for personal use only and may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.
7. Privacy and Data
7.1 Personal data collected during the event will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
7.2 Audio recordings will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8. Liability and Indemnity
8.1 Samantha Ruby Artistry is not liable for any unforeseen circumstances that may affect the quality of the recordings.
8.2 Clients agree to indemnify Samantha Ruby Artistry against any claims arising from the event.
9. Changes and Amendments
9.1 Changes to the agreement must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
9.2 Samantha Ruby Artistry reserves the right to update these terms with notice to clients.
10. Termination
10.1 Either party may terminate this agreement by providing 14 days written notice.
10.2 In case of termination by the client, the deposit is non-refundable.
11. Governing Law
11.1 This agreement shall be governed by the laws of South Australia.
11.2 Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Australia.
