The Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Samantha Ruby Artistry ABN: 27 294 575 703.
Upon making a booking via email/online booking with Samantha Ruby Artistry you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
Booking and Payment
- You will receive a confirmation email after making an online booking.
Payment is required immediately when making any booking via the Online Booking System.
A booking will not be held without payment of a 50% Deposit. Only once payment is received is the booking confirmed.
The Deposit is 50% of the full-service cost and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If no deposit is received, the appointment may be terminated at any time without prior discussion.
Sunday / Public Holidays
- Pricing varies on a Sunday and Public Holiday's, refer to the price list for more details.
Cancellations
Initiated by Samantha - Samantha Ruby Artistry reserves the right, with or without notice, to cancel an appointment. If this occurs all fees will be refunded to the client.
Client initiated - If you need to cancel your appointment, email samantha@samantharubyartistry.com.au
- If you cancel, up to 7 days prior to your appointment, your 50% deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee. The remaining 50%, of our service fee will be refunded as a credit to use towards future services.
- If you cancel, within 7 days of your appointment, you are required to pay the full-service cost.
Rescheduling Price Increases
If a client moves an appointment or booking to a different calendar year, Samantha Ruby Artistry reserves the right to charge the price difference to the client.
Wedding & Event Bookings
- To secure your date the 50% Deposit of the full-service cost is payable and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Please note: Trials or Quotes DO NOT secure a date or time.
Travel & Parking
- A minimum of a group of 4 people is required for travel.
The travel fee covers fuel, accident and business insurance, denial of other bookings, and time for distance travelled.
Any offsite parking will be charged, the client will be required to cover the charges while the services are being conducted.
Personal Information
- Advise Samantha Ruby Artistry with any information relevant to allergies, medical, and/or sensitivity issues.
If you fail to do so, Samantha Ruby Artistry is not liable for any irritations or reactions.
In no event shall Samantha Ruby Artistry have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterised, for example, eczema, sensitive skin, and eyes.
Non-Refundable Policy
- All appointments booked and paid for are strictly non-refundable. By completing the booking process and submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation by the client, failure to attend the appointment, or booking errors.
Legal Age and Payment Authorisation
- By booking an appointment and making a payment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have explicit permission from the cardholder to use their payment method. If you are under 18, the cardholder must provide consent for the transaction. We reserve the right to verify the age and authorisation of the person making the booking. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the appointment without refund.
Unauthorised Payment
- It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they have authorisation from the cardholder for the payment. Any bookings made using unauthorized payment methods will be subject to investigation. In the event of a chargeback or dispute due to unauthorized payment, the client will be held liable for any associated fees or penalties.
Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks
- In the case of a payment dispute or chargeback, we reserve the right to pursue legal action and recover any costs incurred as a result. The client will be responsible for any fees associated with a chargeback, including administrative costs and legal fees if applicable.
Consent to Terms
- By booking an appointment and proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Ticking the box at checkout serves as your digital signature, acknowledging and accepting the terms outlined in this agreement.
Photography
- If you consent for Samantha Ruby Artistry to take photos before or after services and any photographs/content taken by Samantha Ruby Artistry may be used on Social Media or on www.samantharubyartistry.com. No payment will be made for the provision of photographs being taken.
Client reserve the right to decline for their photograph to be taken and used.
Gift Vouchers & E-Book
- Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Gift vouchers are available for purchase online. We provide gift vouchers redeemable for in person services only; they may not be used as a deposit.
